An unusual case of hypoglycaemia

We report a 77 year old male who presented to the respiratory clinic with episodes of periodic sweating. These episodes were associated nausea. A 73 year old man was admitted to the hospital with a multi-factorial fall. He was otherwise asymptomatic.
